Housing Developments have plans granted in Wicklow, Cork and Limerick

€22.8m - Residential Development for Greystones, Co Wicklow, with initial plans granted an appeal has been lodged at the end of July with An Bord Pleanala against Wicklow County Council's original decision. The development will consist of site demolition and the construction of a residential development of 192 houses and a creche, and all associated site access, and ancillary site works.

€7.3m - Housing Development for Carrigaline, Co Cork has just had plans granted in early August for the construction of 65 dwelling houses, and all site access and ancillary works.

€6.5m - Housing Development for Newcastle West, Limerick has had plans granted in early August for the construction of 38 semi-detached and 22 terraced houses and associated site works as well as 3 serviced sites and outline planning permission for the houses thereon.
