Structural Timber Contracts Manager job in Bedfordshire

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to work with an established Structural Timber Contractor. My client is based in Bedfordshire and most of their work in in the South East.

The person hired for this position will work closely with the senior management team and will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction stage through to handover. There is a great opportunity for someone to join this growing company as my client expects the person hired for this position to progress to Contracts Director over the coming years.

Requirements

• Engineering background preferred (but not essential).
• Timer Frame or Structural Timber experience.
• Experienced managing multiple projects from start to completion (with the support of site and office teams).
• Contractually and commercially astute.
