Site Administrator / Document Controller, Dublin

Job description

Our Client, a Top Tier Contractor, with a wide range of projects Ireland wide, is looking for an experienced Site Administrator/Document Controller to work on their Project in Ballsbridge.



The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator, and having already worked in a construction office, hold an understanding of the construction industry and document control.



Bringing strong organisational and IT skills with packages such as Microsoft Office suite, the successful candidate will have an ability to work efficiently and accurately. This role will involve assisting the management teams RFI's, and include management and control of drawing and design information, information release and distribution, and archiving and documenting files to agreed timescales.

Organisation of information and documents of other construction related reports, contracts, tender submissions etc., and distribution of the same. Ensuring paperwork is completed for site orders, suppliers and other subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience within the Construction Industry
  • Excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and experience of construction related software packages would be advantageous eg ASITE, Primavera
  • 
Proven ability to work alone or in a team environment, working efficiently and accurately to agreed timescales.
