Job description

Senior Project Manager required for 190 high spec apartment project in Wembley - value £46M.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to work with an established residential developer and contractor. My client is based in London and their construction projects are generally within the M25. Typical projects include high end one off houses, small high-end house and apartment projects and luxury apartments projects. Projects are a mix of new build and refurbishment / renovations.
This is a senior position and a salary in the region of £90K is on offer.

Requirements

• Experience managing residential construction projects from start to completion, reporting to visiting senior management.
• High end residential experience is essential. A proven history of successfully completing projects to budget, programme and to a high standard is essential.
