M&E Quantity Surveyor job in West/Midlands

Job description

Our client, a well-established Electrical contractor are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on Mechanical and Electrical projects across the West and Midlands
of Ireland.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience working with main contractors in Ireland or the UK
• Exposure to pricing projects, dealing with interim payments and negotiating with sub-contractors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills dealing with design team / client / meetings etc
• Good attention to detail, with an analytical approach and ability to work using your own initiative
