Building Services Eng job in Manchester

Job description

Acrow Recruitment work with one of Irelands largest fit out contractors who specialise in commercial, retail, cleanroom and hi-tech fit outs. They currently have a new requirement for an experienced Building Services Engineer to join their Manchester offices in the UK.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience from design stage through to project completion.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services, or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ design experience, ideally in Utilities and HVAC.
• Ideally will have experience being involved in projects at construction stage with an ability to offer consideration of sustainable and cost-effective solutions and a capacity to answer contractor and vendor technical queries and clarifications. Must also be able to ensure engineering procedures are implemented and adhered to.
• Good attention to detail, with an analytical approach and ability to work using own initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in the use of AutoCAD and Revit desirable.
